I have used Valenza Pluming and Heating (Dominick) several times to repair my sewer pump. They have been dependable each time arriving at the designated time. The quality of their work is exceptional often resolving the issue within a few hours. They have made arrangements to have pump trucks come and pump the tank so they could complete their work. Household malfunctions make me so anxious. Knowing that Valenza Plumbing and Heating is part of my team makes me feel so much more relaxed because I know that they will be there when I have a problem. We have used them twice, every time they called back right away and showed up the next day. 1st time fixed our A/C that day. 2nd time had to order the part and called us right away when it came in and we scheduled an appointment and when they came within an hour our A/C was working again. Valenza is very knowledgeable and professional!!
