Came here last night and received the worst service I have probably ever experienced in my life. I want to start off by saying our waitress (not sure what her name was) but she had a binder with Bad Bunny stickers on it. We got there at 6:15 and got seated, she greeted us with a straight face, you could tell she did not want to be there. As we were looking at the drink menu she was just tapping her pen on her book looking across the restaurant seemingly bothered. Waited around 30 minutes just for our drinks. She came over one time and asked us if we needed anything as well as the manager. When the manager came out to ask if we needed anything my husband said water and it was brought out by her right away. That was the quickest service we got all night. Didnt bring out the few things we asked for, we were already done finishing the appetizers and didnt see her once so there was no point to ask again. We didnt wind up leaving till 9 oclock, so we were there for three hours waiting for drinks and food. The tables next to us were seated after us, and left before we even got served. The tip of the iceberg was after she brought the boxes out, we asked for the check and waited another 30 minutes. I had went up and asked if we could have the check to which she brought it out then. We gave her the card and when she brought it back she placed my husbands credit card and receipt in a plate of ketchup on the table. Normally when we go out we tip over 20% even if the service isnt up to par because we understand that is peoples livelihoods but we have never EVER experienced anything this poor before. Will never be returning to this location.

Can't play trivia any more so probably won't be back! That's why we go to wild wings! To bad you can't keep trivia working!

BWW is hit or miss. Any time I have ordered delivery, my order has always been wrong, whether it's the wrong flavor, items missing, or the wrong type of wings. In store tho, the food has been excellent. I've been there during their slower hours, and the service isn't any faster than a busy day, but the staff has been friendly. Restrooms. Card or cash.

Good food selection. I did have to make my own very hot and spicy chicken salad though. I ordered a 6-piece boneless and added it to the salad. There would have only been two chicken tenders on the salad, otherwise.
