I've never had any issues with anyone. They have been helpful. Love the therapist I have and the doctor. Any time I need anything all I have to do is call. Never had any problems with the front desk or billing , but then again I'll ask them and they get right back to me ,usually they will call me first to remind me. I'm sorry you had issues but I never have.

Poor communication from office staff. My appointment was canceled last minute by the office because they allegedly sent me numerous emails and phone calls advising my insurance was not accepted after having confirmed that it was when I initially made the appointment. I never received any correspondence.Staff is very rude and not very pleasant to deal with at all.

Ive had the office mess up and charge me $75 for a no show fee , you get charged 75$ for missing an appointment which SHOULDNT even be happening if they actually cared. Ive had an appointment canceled on me last minute, I went a month without speaking to my therapist. A lot of waiting and not talking to someone and if you struggle with mental health you should be cared about and taken more seriously than you would be here, only thing this place takes seriously is that $75 fee.
