Great facility, amazing people, and top tier instruction. Whenever in the area I come to EGA and will continue to do so due to amazing atmosphere, and everything that comes with it.
Striking, check.
Grappling, check.
What else do you need! Highly recommend.

Offering BJJ (bjj for kiddos too), Boxing , cardio kickboxing, and Muay Thai.
The owner Mike is a genuine soul. Kind, welcoming, and a true aficionado of the industry.
Evolution Grappling Academy is, in my opinion, the best gym of its kind in the area (additional locations in Newburgh and Fishkill).

Awesome facility! Great training, great place and great people. A family-friendly environment offering Martial Arts classes for Kids or Adults.
The Kickboxing classes are a phenomenal workout where you can have fun while breaking a sweat!
The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are always fun and exciting. The coaches do a great job of helping beginner students.

EGA Newburgh is a great place to train offering Muay-Thai and jujitsu classes best new gym in the area everyone here trains hard but is also very welcoming The mats are clean and the instructor is professional I would highly recommend this place for sure
