I called to ask if this firm could help me and left a voicemail. The attorney returned my call within a few minutes and while he doesn't handle the issue I was having, he was nice enough to discuss at length how to pursue my issue even though there was nothing in it for him. Very admirable to say the least.

We hired Ian Morse to help us with a family-owned property dispute. Our cousin inherited a share of the property and for over ten years refused to pay any upkeep on the house. Using other attorneys, we had made attempts over the years to buy her out but to no avail. With much patience and perseverance, Mr. Morse with the assistance of his law clerk, Madalena Freed, was able to come to a successful resolution and we were finally able to complete the transaction and remove her from the deed. Mr. Morse and Ms. Fried are pleasant to work with, employ good communication, and reasonable fees. We would highly recommend using this law firm.

I will give this law firm five stars. I put in a request for a call back on their website at like 6pm on a Tuesday night. I got a call back in less than an hour. And the gentleman on the phone gave me excellent advice. He listened and responded with empathy. He was honest and intelligent in my specific situation.
