You can believe all of the five star reviews here for POLAR because their service is great. My husband and I got several estimates for what was an expensive heat pump installation (4) but were wanting to take advantage of the rebates while they were still in place. When Jared came over and after the walk-thru I said to my husband, "he's our man." They use Bosch pumps which for us was a big factor in our decision and from the removal of the old ACs, ducts to the installation, everything was done professionally. The front office staff is great at communication and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. All I can say is, "Go! Polar" for all of your needs

Unfortunately, I am not used to give GOOD reviews, I have been frustrated with service providers for years, cheap or expensive, the quality in the service sector in this country has been in decline for years. Polar Plumbing and Heating has changed this equation for me, I had heating and plumbing work done, a medium-large project in residential terms and I am very satisfied. I feel like was able to get the best price in the market while also getting a super professional work, I even had to use my warranty for a tiny issue and the response was immidate. I hope I can find a similar experience with other service providers.

Where do we begin? About 8 months ago we purchased our home and we've been making little improvements here and there. When the discussion came up about HVACing we couldn't make up our minds. As new homeowners, we honestly didn't know where or how to start so we just called around for a couple of quotes. Full disclosure the numbers were discouraging us even more. Finally we decided this project could wait another year, which I knew this rumination would continue year to year. A family friend mentioned they used this company called Polar, and how happy they were with their work and how helpful they were with the process. The cynical person that I am, I thought to myself "too good to be true". Finally, my partner and I spoke and decided that if we are planning to do our part to help the planet and go electric and go solar, getting a heat pump and central air would be the way to go. Enter Polar - from the minute I sent them a quote day request until the end of the project was AMAZING!!! We were really impressed with Jared and his entire team. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. Jared came to our home quickly and provided a detailed and personalized quote. We felt his recommendations were very honest and met our needs. The office, Mari, Sandy and Chris were amazing, super responsive and helpful in keeping us posted on everything and making sure all the paperwork required was filed. Installing team - Kole, Sam, Dave, John and Rob, installed our heat pump and ductwork in 2 days. Still a mystery to us on how they completed all that work in just 2 days, but they did. We think they have magical powers since they also didn't feel the earth shake. They showed up on time, ready to work, and cleaned up after each day making sure the house was left the way it was before they came. To say when they were done, there was no evidence that they were ever there. That's how clean and thorough they were. Kole and John were really helpful in explaining everything they did and answering any questions we had. They gave us a tutorial on how to use the new thermostat, and shared with us a phrase that we will never forget and that is important when you have a heat pump/central air system, "SET IT AND FORGET!" They made great suggestions that will be instrumental in keeping our HVAC system clean and safe and shared recommendations for our future plans in going electric. John was considerate of the placement of the outdoor unit. He even took the time to transplant some of our flowers away from the unit. To much of our surprise there was a 3rd visit, to ensure the system worked overnight, getting our feedback on our first night using the system, ensuring there was no film of dust left over from the unit and reviewing one more time how everything works, which was great because my partner wasn't home on day 2. Overall, our experience was amazing and we will be using Polar for all our HVAC needs and more. Thank you POLAR TEAM for looking out for us and most importantly for meeting all of our expectations from placing vents in the bathrooms to finally providing us with heat/cooling in the study.
