I was referred to TJT Inspection Services by a family member, and Im glad I listened! I met with TJ who did my inspection - and was impressed by his professionalism and thorough approach to the inspection. He involved me in the process and provided instruction & shared knowledge that will be key as a future home owner. As a first time home buyer, I greatly appreciated this and helped ease some anxieties. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommend. In today's housing market homes don't sit long so finding a company that could complete a home inspection on a home in a timely fashion was critical as to avoid the seller simply accepting another offer that was not contingent upon the inspection. Long story short, I was referred to Todd, by a Real Estate Agent, as someone that has been doing this for years and was able to schedule an inspection within two days of my call. Todd was knowledgeable, honest, analytical, thorough, and willing to explain things to me in layman terms. Overall would definitely work with Todd again and refer him to anyone else I know looking to ensure they've done their due diligence before making such a large purchase. Ultimately, I did not end up buying the home I was looking to buy due to a number of issues that Todd was able to pinpoint - issues my untrained eye could not see due to the seller masking them 'well enough'. Thanks to Todd and TJT Inspections I avoided a 'money pit' scenario... Rest easy that TJT Inspections know what they are doing and will look to provide you with a thorough inspection.
