This store still has tons of great items. Lots of furniture and a big wall of Hot Buys that are 60%off. The store wasn't even crowded. You can still find carpets, frames, candles, plates, mirrors, lamps, and much more. They open at 12pm and doors close at 7pm but sign says last person in at 6:30pm.

Help was extremely nice. Manager backed into me never even said excuse me. Had a problem pulling up the list for a shower. Again she was not friendly and did not know how to do it. Again her sales associates were friendly and at least apologetic. Their systems I guess were recently updated and no one knew how it worked?? Ends up you pull the list yourself?? Needless to say, their was only one other person shopping in the store this whole time.....wake up Pier 1. Having a nice,knowledgeable friendly manager goes a long way. ........
