My wife and I bought an abandoned home in the historic district in Newburgh. After calling and meeting with many contractors who said they could deliver but rarely answered the phone, we met Joe. His can-do attitude was the first thing that motivated us to work with him and his team. After walking the project and drawings, Joe was very straight forward with his estimate and met that number in the end. We added things and made changes along the way, a normal process in all construction projects. Joe was always willing to find solutions for things that inevitably came up. We did the construction in the middle of Covid at a time of delays and tons of excuses from vendors, suppliers and subs Joe never had one, he just showed up and he called us whenever anything came up. Also, his subs were great and very professional this is very important folks! He texted or called to communicate with us on large or small issues, which we appreciated. We were never surprised with decisions he made and he was willing to quickly adjust to deliver us our dream home. His billing was fair and related to actual work completed. Were really grateful to Joe for working hard and being professional in delivering this amazing project. Hope to work with him again on future projects.

Joe and his crew did a great job on our sidewalk and porch repairs. We even ran into some unforeseen issues with our town granting us a permit that Joe was able to work around. Highly recommended!

Joe Pellegrino was recommended to me by a friend whose judgement I trust immensely. I had a very tight time frame and lots of different projects needed to be done. Every step of the way was an additional challenge on this job and no matter what came about he calmly handled it for us. Not only does he have excellent professionals working for him but he himself is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the construction business. He watched over our house as if it was his own as we could not be there and we were very blessed to find him.
