      image I've been a loyal Chase customer for years. I hadn't worked in months and was overdrawn $300 in my account. I was finally able to get paid for work and deposited a check at the ATM and was told there would be a 7 day hold before the funds were released. I called Chase and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Customers rely on their money being available as soon as possible just to live. Chase clearly doesn't care about it's customers or their wellbeing. I will be switching banks ASAP.
