        Have called several times to make an appointment, was on hold for 30 minutes first time, 2nd time was told an agent would take my call in 5 minutes after the 5 minutes was told 10 minutes after the 10 minutes was up was then told 20 minutes. I pay for money every year to be put on hold each time. Gave up and drive to the office.

        So, I made a previous review hyping up H&R Block, However, I take it back! How did they claim, "No hidden fees" yet they stole 149.93 out my taxes I was never told about!!! Had to go back and check my taxes docs. Where they charged me my fee I was told 374.00 apparently that wasn't enough, they have listed above the total, under (other) yes just like that in parenthesis where they listed the exact amount they stole. Please tell me, why wasn't that listed in my fees!?? And, WHY ARE YOUR "TAX PROFESSIONAL" NOT INFORMING EVERYONE OF THESE SECRET (OTHER) CHARGES?? I WILL NEVER USE H&R BLOCK EVER AGAIN! NEVER HAD NO HIDDEN FEES TAKEN OUT IN THE PAST, WONT LET YOU STEAL FROM MY KIDS MOUTH AGAIN THATS A FACT! Especially I'm times like today! Absolutely Disgusting!
