RRH Reed Eye Associates - Newark

I have been using this place for several years. My recent experience with getting new script and frames was satisfactory.but just this past week I called to order a replacement pair of glasses and also order 1 year worth of contacts. The lady on the phone was really nice and helpful. She saved me a trip, was open and clear about pricing and got my stuff sent right to my house. Grateful for the good customer serviceespecially now daysI highly recommend.

As a family, weve loved REED eye. Unfortunately, this past summer (2022) Ive called repeatedly to set up appts for my kids and no one answers. Ive emailed Rochester Regional Health with no response to my questions. We had to go back to Lens Crafters just so my kids could be ready for this school year with new glasses and contacts. Besides that, I had an eye emergency Dec 2021 and Reed eye wouldnt respond. Im now with Flaum. I have no idea what happened to Reed. So very disappointing because we really liked the staff.

Dr Ferrar and the staff were professional, kind, thorough and trustworthy. They know what they are doing and do it well. After suffering for seven years and being told I was going blind by "specialists" from a well-known practice, Dr. Ferrar restored my sight and has improved my quality of life. I can again read, see what is happening around me, drive a car and the best thing is that I can see my grandchildren's faces clearly. It is a miracle! Thank you!
