        Arrived for appointment on time, I had to be at work at a certain time so unfortunately had to leave due to staff running behind (I get it happens but please just communicate that) The decor is kinda depressing if Im being completely honest, I didnt really feel too comfortable in there due to that from the beginning. Also asked for social security info which was weird? Never had a Chiro have that on their paperwork before

      Too bad you didn't abide by the sign on the door that says please refrain from cell phone usage while in the office, HIPPA policy. Apology on the S.S. # on paperwork. That needs to be updated, as insurance companies use to require that when sending claims. Any delays are not intentional. It illustrates that patient care is the utmost importance in the practice.
