        Fly covered coffee machine in the community area with a sign next to it saying to keep the stove clean (comedic) ,the dryer doesnt work properly so instead of paying $3.50 as you should you pay up to $5 or more trying to dry a small load of laundry twice, children screaming, and Rick who disregards these issues. If you like flys and lack of maintenance, check it out for yourself...

        As a tenant I must say I'm very impressed with the remodeling done here. Plus the other tenants here are very nice. The property manager is awesome as well!

        Building is clean and newly renovated. Absolutely everything was included, and I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with the landlord. Deserves the full 5-star rating!
