John is very professional and true to his word. The floors were delivered and installed on time and with great quality. He finished our floors onsite and they came out great!

John was one of the utmost professions that I have dealt with during the gut renovation of my apartment. Beyond being extremely responsive, he came in with an amazing quote and provided regular, unsolicited feedback on progress. When another contract fell through on skim-coating/painting, John was able to assemble a crew to match the price and perform high quality work. I throughly reccomend him for any job.

WOW. John, his team, their amazing work and level of professionalism has left me speechless. In my work as the Director of Operations I deal with a lot of contractors for varying types of work within the office. I am used to having to chase people down, having them promise me the world and never delivering and mediocre work. Not John or his team. John was THE most responsive and on top of it contractor that I have ever met. He was always available, called when he said he would, was on time for our scheduled appointments and overall was amazing. It wasn't just John though - his entire team was polite, professional and some of the nicest guys I have ever met. On top of that, the work they do is amazing! They got the job done exactly when they said they would and did it beautifully. I wish all contractors and their teams could be like John and his. Do not hesitate for one second to hire this company.

Amazing! Our story is long and complicated, beginning with a delayed closing date on a co-op up in Hudson Heights, but thanks to John and his team, I am so pleased to say it has a happy ending! The team was efficient, flexible, and the price was very good. I won't go into all the details about our bad situation, but John was absolutely fantastic. He got back to me right away when I made an inquiry through the website, and he was able to come out quickly to give an estimate on refinishing the floors throughout the apartment. He spent a lot of time explaining our options and answering our questions, and he gave great advice on stains and care of the floors. We had a very short window of time to complete the job, and he was able to accommodate us. We even had a horrendous snafu with the key to the apartment, which resulted in having to move the job to another day, but he worked with us on that as well and was so patient. (I still feel absolutely horrible about that, John!) But, when they could get into work on the floors, they turned out BEAUTIFUL!! We couldn't be more pleased with the way they look and with the company overall. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their floors
