The employees were so helpful and sweet. I waited about 20 mins for a fitting room but thats expected. Unfortunately, the dress I tried on and wanted to buy was a little ripped on the seam. Overall I had a pleasant experience and Ill be ordering online. There are way too many reviews from entitled women on here. Its a small space with limited fitting rooms so you should avoid going on the weekends when everyone is shopping. Expect a wait for the fitting room and have some patience. Best advise is to go early on a weekday.

This location seems to be short-staffed and the waiting room system exacerbates delays. It took me ~40 mins just to try on a pair of jeans and return two items.

I am not the type to leave a negative review but my most recent visit was pretty horrible. After I was able to put my name down for a fitting room I checked if I could run to a nearby store and was told thered be plenty of time. They said they would text me when the room was ready with a 15 minute check in window to get back. I barely get to the next store when they text me to come back so I feel horrible and rude to possibly cause a delay or mess up their system and am literally running back to the store to make it in time. I get there and give my name and ended up waiting another 15/20 minutes after my check in deadline. Annoying but fine. Im given an express room which is ironic given how long youre expected to wait at every point. Im done in not even ten minutes and trying to buy a dress and a shirt and the girl helping me says shell bag the items and be back. Another 20 minutes waiting for someone, I finally work up the courage to ask for an update because Im uncomfortable and am met with immediate attitude. They finally bring out my items that are a very nice dress and a shirt and it was balled up inside the bagno wrapping, no folding, literally thrown in tangled like it isnt a couple hundred dollars worth of clothing. The girl who rang me up could not have been more dismissive and unapologetic. I get very uncomfortable to ask for assistance and stores like this are why. Im honestly upset I ended up giving them another sale and would have ordered online if I didnt need the dress for an event. Super super bummed
