The women behind the counter are seemingly purposefully rude and unhelpful. They wont tell you where to place your merchandise and expect you to move it when they finally decide to help you.

I dislike leaving poor reviews, I am a small business owner and recognize that everyone has a bad day. However this is perhaps my 3rd or 4th bad experience with this store and it is such a shame. The store is beautiful and prestine, however the customer service is just HORRIBLE. The ladies at the desk could care less about their customers, they are usually laughing and talking amongst themselves, not paying attention to your request then blaming you for not telling them earlier. I have also had trouble on numerous occasions trying to order from the store even though I live only one Avenue block away. They always give me a hard time and the last time refused to deliver.. Fine, I now walk the block myself. But still.. It is though they do not want my business even though I come to the store proximately twice a week. Additionally they never seem to recognize me even though I have been coming there for theyve been open. I think I will go to the store on Lenox even though it is not as nice of store.. however at least I am treated kindly by the clerk.. This place makes you feel so uncomfortable, you dont want to come back and I dont think I ever will.

They literally just ignored me and continued to view a video on the woman's cellphone. I walked out. Today was the last straw. Treat ALL of your customers the same.
