David and David installed new shades in our apartment today. From the minute they walked in, not only were they professional but congenial as well. Attention to detail was apparent immediately and one could easily see how they took pride in their work. We spent a significant amount of time selecting the shades and listened carefully to Marcys advice based upon her extensive experience. With Jeffs accurate measurements the installation was flawless. My parents and I live in the same building and both apartment were in need of new blinds. My neighbor recommenced Crosstown. Everyone at Crosstown is great. Jeff was very helpful with suggestions of what would work best and took time to explain everything. The installers, David, Chris, and David did a great job. David took time to explain to me thoroughly how to use the remote control blinds, from charging and using the app. All in all, were happy customers and would recommend Crosstown.
