I have been a customer of Janovic for 15 years. My primary store has been the Gramercy location and the customer service at that store has bern good. I was told by that store, about 2 years Agoura, that they longer handled Hunter Douglas shade repairs and that I needed to go to the Chelsea store. Two years ago I started working with Tony Caliandro. In the past 2 years he has probably handled 4 repair orders with my last one being somewhat complicated. In all of my interactions Tony has been courteous via phone and email. He responds to both quickly. He pays attention to details. He keeps me updated on repair progress. He is an excellent conduit with HD customer service. He was able to expedite installation of my repaired shades.
I had complete confidence in him completing the repair and installation of my shade. He has been the exception rather than the rule in my dealing with retail customer service. I would definitely refer my friends to Tony when they are in the market for shades.

I recently purchased some blinds at Janovic and worked with Tony Caliendo. He was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable about the Hunter Douglass blinds and products, and very efficient. The entire experience was seamless, from choosing the right color and blinds to measurement and installation. I could not be happier with the service provided. I highly recommend Janovic and Tony Caliendo!

I highly recommends buying shades at Janovic. The staff was very helpful and the selection was plentiful. After making a decision, it was seamless ordering and having the shades installed. And they look beautiful. Im very happy.

I had a great experience working with Janovic's. Tony helped me pick out shades, and scheduled a measuring appointment the next day. Shades arrived a few weeks later, and installation was done perfectly. I highly recommend Janovic's.
