I have been working with The Shade Store on Madison Avenue for many years. Over the last 2 years, I have worked with Danielle Vincent exclusively and she has been amazing. Danielle is a thorough professional, with an intention to problem solve, open and honest communication, with prompt follow up and needless to say, a whole lot of attention to detail. The Shade Store team provided expert guidance and patient, responsive service thoughout the entire process, from curtain fabric selection to installation. Special shout outs are owed to Danielle in their Madison Ave showroom for her professional advice and Carlos for the care and quality he applied to hanging the curtains exactly right.

OK quality but don't expect high end curtains from here. Ours were supposed to be as full as possible and buckle on the floor. Instead, they were a bit skimpy and barely touched the floor. They creased in transit and were not steamed out after installation. Flat Romans are a better bet.
