Annette at Reception was helpful, responsive and a clear communicator; Jimmy and Rob arrived on time, having all the equipment they needed to do the job (and then some), and wearing clean uniforms and caps. They even had clean booties to protect my floors. They were detail-oriented and very, very careful working around the items in my home. They were also polite, efficient and informative. The management was easy to work with to coordinate the cleaning, and the team was so thorough (and fast!) and the result is stunning I did this ahead of selling my apartment for an open house and am kicking myself for not doing it sooner so I could live with the results! Nearly three years after I moved into my apartment, the windows were so filthy the world looked hazy. Chelsea Window Cleaning to the rescue! My windowsall seven of themare now sparkling!! My windows were a nightmare after not washing through the pandemic. They are licensed and bonded and my apartment managers approved them to come into our building. They came in, and started on the job once I approved the estimate. They did a FABULOUS job. Quickly. Efficiently. Politely. Masked. And slippered to keep my rugs clean. Highly recommend this team!
