Megan was an attuned, responsive and amazing massage therapist! I felt relaxed mind and body afterwards! Monica and Eleanor are phenomenal physical therapists and have helped me beyond measure with their deep knowledge of anatomy. In addition, they gave me exercises to do at home that have been effective in the treatment of my neck and back pain. Melissa and Janegela are the best at what they do! They always help me with my administrative needs with a smile. I unreservedly recommend KNOSIS Wellness!

I chose Knosis even though it was out of network because of Traceys masters in Australia and I now know they get ongoing training via zoom from Australia. Australia has a very high standards of physiotherapy. I was treated for knee pain by Lucasz who was great, and and also by Tracey. What I love is they look at the whole kinetic chain. The exercises I was given were very specific to train stabilizing muscles to activate and work which they hadnt been doing, and to work out tightnesses in certain specific areas. Strengthening the glutes and other muscles holding everything the right way was also part of it. Tracey identified issues in my feet and big to e in particular and gave me exercises to improve those areas. I was very happy with the knowledge and expertise of Lukasz and Tracey. I am now completely free of knee pain and back to gym classes.

Knosis Wellness has been a lifesaver for me. They have a true understanding of how to help me connect to my body in a gentle and effective way, while still making me stronger and helping my body heal. The staff are kind, thoughtful and really take the time to listen to my needs and concerns. I am so grateful to Knosis for everything they have done, and continue to do, and highly recommend them!!

Ive been seeing Monica for a while now, and I trust her with anything related to my body. Shes one of the only providers (including doctors) who always takes my pain seriously even though my issues are atypical. Would highly recommend especially to anyone with TMJ. Not only is Monica great, but Melissa at the front desk is always super helpful with scheduling and has helped me get last minute appointments when I had urgent need.
