Though Ive had a website for almost 20 years, I had no idea just how efficient, user friendly and manageable a website could be until Rich Results! Rich redesigned my site, set up my shopping cart and then gave me the tools to manage content myself so that I no longer need to rely on someone else to keep it up-to-date! Hes perceptive and due to his strong marketing background, he understood perfectly how to maximize my sites effectiveness. Highly recommend.

Many years ago, customers and the public urged our busy restaurant, Sip Sip, in Harbour Island, The Bahamas, to create a website, despite my wanting word-of-mouth to be our only form of advertising. Rich to the rescue! As a customer of the restaurant, and having in-depth experience with restaurant POS systems and other information-gathering marketing tools for businesses, Rich was definitely the right choice. Using Wix, Rich set up the entire thing, incorporating my photos and copy into a user-friendly site--all at a very reasonable price. We reviewed the sample site he created together; he made the minor changes suggested and launched it. It was definitely the right move for Sip Sip! Rich responds to requests cheerfully and speedily, posting tweaks to our on-line calendar, or adding links to any press or publicity we receive, usually within the hour. More recently, Rich initiated a much-needed makeover to the site, updating its look and feel. As a reluctant and disinterested social-media user, working with Rich has been a very pleasurable experience, as I have not had to be involved with any of the technical aspects of today's marketing. Rich offered suggestions and strategies in an area in which I was clueless, and I have happily deferred to his years of experience in this field. I truly enjoy working with Rich, and would definitely recommend his marketing services.
