The ball pit installation is so creative! It definitely made me feel like a kid again and allowed me to just relax. I loved that all the balls in the ball pit were white unlike a regular ball pit which has rainbow color balls. There aren't any opening for reservations anymore but do try walking in. My friend and I took a chance and it definitely paid off! The staff was super accommodating, friendly and helpful!This ball pit really reminds me of Inside Out and all the memories that are stored in spheres!

My friend and I came by the Soho Pearlfisher location immediately after hearing about the Jump In Installation. We had a little trouble and couldn't book an appointment online. And since we were in Soho already, we didn't want to go back on another day. The building is right next to MUJI and you need to be buzzed in. The elevator is also one of the old fashion door-elevators, so make sure you pay attention to when it gets there! We missed our chance to open the elevator door and had to wait another 5 minutes.Great customer service! We let them know that we didn't book an appointment and they were willing to squeeze us into the next time slot at 4PM. All appointments are half an hour and if you come late, you don't get to have extra time! Make sure you get there before your appointment time because you don't want to waste the beginning of your 30 minutes just by signing the waiver and etc. We were told we can participate in the 4PM time slot once everyone else entered the pool. We got lucky that it wasn't fully booked! Afterwards, we signed our waiver/agreement form, took off our shoes/jewelry and went into the pool. They also provide selfie sticks. And I recommend the area near the windows for the best pictures, there's also a couch underneath so you can sit on that instead of sinking in the pool. It came in handy when my friend and I were struggling to take pictures. Time flies when you're busy taking selfies in a pool of 81,000 white balls. So manage your time well, don't spend all your time taking pictures cause the most important thing is to have fun in the ball pit. It is like being a kid all over again. This was a great experience and I would love to visit again. Unfortunately, the installation is fully booked from the last time I checked. I tried to get an appointment for me and my boyfriend and the calendar was no longer there. I'm looking forward to the next time it's open again and hopefully it's soon.
