I don't usually leave reviews, but I had time today! I come for waxing services with Veronica at this location at 2nd Ave & 57th Street. When I tell you I bypass the locations in my neighborhood and schlep to the city for her?? Yeah... she's quick but thorough. I'm never disappointed! I always feel like a new woman when she's done. I know I run the risk of her getting extra booked and busy, but I have to give respect where it's due .

Always a 5 star experience! There are several excellent staff members at the 2nd ave location, but Toni is my favorite! :) Services: Bikini waxing, Arm hair removal

Worst location of them all. They cater to white people, not African Americans. Claudia, the so-called manager is disrespectful and doesnt know how to handle customers. I complained about a staff member who was rude while checking in and banned me from having my appointment. I asked for a supervisor and was not directed to who they were. I found out on my own later. Since then my account was tampered with; my appointments be canceled out of nowhere!! Just gone as if I was not showing up. It was completely unprofessional. After my original person left in 2021, I began seeing Wilma who I went to for years. Shes just as bad, shes a pitiful scared OLD woman who tucks her tail while spilling out how much most of them are all horrible while she waxed me. And that the troll that disrespected and blocked my appointment makes many sales of their products so she acts anyway and they let her. So, dont waste your time. Find another location! Better yet, a whole other company!
