My husband and I just left the shop and honestly we have never had such indecent service!
The girl was rude, listless and honestly not even qualified!
Maybe we disturbed her while she was on the phone watching her soap operas!!!
$20 for brows that aren't even done right, awful service!
I dont know her name but she was working on June 20th at 4:30pm, it's not the first time shes done this but this time it happened to us!

Quick and efficient back / shoulder wax for 25 dollars. Walked right in. Happy with the service, speed, and price. Multiple locations all over Manhattan.

Given this place a couple of chances now and both times have been terribly disappointed in the outcome. I am light brown/blond and they tinted my eyebrows almost black but nice shaping. Second time was a disaster, despite being told tint was now a medium brown, it was the same virtually black and she completely thinned out my eyebrows (including the top!!!) despite it supposed to be a clean-up. Avoid this place at all cost!
