5/5 great shop. Very friendly. Ron is the best in the biz - he knows how to get the job done. They have a good selection of fairly priced watch straps and ultra-high tech to get your watch fixed. I think I saw some robot arm holding up a watch - pretty cool.

I brought in a vintage Omega from the late 1950s owned by deceased grandfather. It was completely non-functional. Ron restored this family heirloom beautifully. He was always responsive and helpful.

Brought my grandpas vintage self-winding girard perregaux watch to Ron Gordon for a complete overhaul, and got it back in beautiful condition, sooner than the estimate, and for a reasonable price. He gave me good pointers on upkeep and showed me how to wind it, etc. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
