InVite Health

This store owner was very racist and disrespectful when I was at the store to ask questions about the vitamins because I was new to a lot of the stuff I saw online. Im not big on using the race card but he really was dismissive and patronizing.

I have used InVite health for years and over that time I have noticed a steady decline in the online service. My most recent order contained two identical packages. One was delivered; the other is apparently lost. The "customer service" person was of no help and insisted the post office had the item even as I was looking at the USPS website that said they were still waiting for the package. No InVite supervisor was available to address the problem. If this problem is not resolved in the next 24 hours, I will have to initiate a fraud claim with the credit card company. I am now completely done with using InVite.J.M.

Be aware.   Their products have short shelf life / fast expiry. I bought flaxseed powder without realizing expiry date was 5 months .. did not open it .. went to use it 07/22 saw it expired 01/22  took it to westbury LI store to exchange this unopened product ($13). I was looked at as if i was crazy and they would not exchange nor assist me with higher authority to override to replace saying no manager available - check tomorrow.  They claim sale of high end products but low end customer service. Very obnoxious. Unexpected from them.  Never like a company with Jekyll and Hyde personality where its all smiles before sales and anger and obnoxiousness when an issue arises.   So , as the saying goes, buyer beware.   Lots of competition out there so never a good idea to upset a potentially long term customer (was shopping since 2018). Don't know how the word Invite comes into play with this company where i felt totally uninvited ..
