        We've been seeing Dr. Kross and his team for over 20 years, that's three dogs' life times. We feel like we are treated like family by everyone at Rivergate. We also feel confident in knowing the treatment we receive comes from a team of professionals dedicated to our pets health.

        This review is only for Doctor Sue. Be careful of her as she is motivated primarily by how much she can bill leading to overprescribing and severely negligent care. She has no innate sense for animals. The other doctors and owner seem lovely.

        Rivergate did an excellent job neutering my 8.5 month old dog. They were very responsive, careful, and cautious and took great care of him, while providing detailed instructions on after care. They are a kind and thoughtful vet!
