Although it initially felt reassuring that we could get our pet to the vet overnight, the aftercare was nonexistent. We were prescribed one medication and one critical food supplement that they didn't have in stock - these items took 2 days to ship to us, meaning we couldn't start treatment for more than 48h. We will always wonder if that mattered in the end... We also never heard back from the vet regarding our test results despite calling and emailing numerous times, which was very frustrating. When calling, the friendly staff felt for us, but said that the results had to come from the vet and that she was out. We ended up consulting a different vet, who was able to get the test results for us - 10 days later. Again, we will always wonder if we would have done things differently if we had heard back on the results.
