CityMD West 23rd Urgent Care - NYC

Came here with an urgent eye infection and totally flushed my money down the toilet. The doctor was in a rush and dismissive of all my concerns. He acknowledged some swellings in my eyes and told me to see an eye doctors instead. I was discharged without any medical advice, discharge paperwork, diagnosis, and when I bring up questions he became very dismissive and didn't want to answer. I pretty much should have asked for my copay back. Will report this place to my insurance company to cut tie with them so they can protect future patients.

Excellent facility and care. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. I thought I was going to have to sit around all afternoon but that was not the case at all. Thanks again for the x-ray and splint for my broken hand.
