Consummate professionals! We were likely their smallest customer; a single mid-century armchair that had a cheap leather wrap and after several years needed a new lease on life. But we loved the chair, no reason to give up! As a walk-in we did not ask much but all the same they did not for a moment miss the opportunity to show us what would be a better alternative and in a short 10-14 days later we picked up what was even better than we imagined. They paid attention to small stitching details in the original cushion that we liked but did not necessarily have the understanding to make sure we maintained in the replacement cushion. And this is why you trust people like this. Can I recommend? No doubt! Thanks guys for treating your smallest customer with the same amazing attention to detail you give to your biggest clients. Wide variety of fabrics. Amazing assortment. Albert and the Bettertex team provided amazing custom wall paneling for a project. They are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Bettertex for custom fabric paneling, headboards, bed frames, and drapery. Will try to add more photos when the job is completed.

Very rude and horrible experience! Staff was not professional. Would not recommend shopping with them in the future.
