        I've been traveling to and from NYC for more than 30 years using NJT. Very rarely do I need to ask questions or directions from any of the personnel. Unfortunately, not only was the information incorrect, but the dismissive attitudes and rudeness received by the employees was unacceptable. It appears my politeness and respect when speaking fell upon dead ears. Although, they didn't act the same to everyone. I did witness interactions with other commuters while waiting for my bus which was totally different from what I and a few others received.
