        They don't pay their interpreters well. They rob hard working people. They don't pay them what they deserve. Very ungrateful. Also, I think the in house is understaffed. I guess this is what happens when a company is cheap. Other companies pay way better. BAD COMPANY!

        We had a great experience with Accurate Communication. I reached out to them on a Saturday to help us find an ASL translator for Tuesday! Not only did Nicole answer the phone on a weekend, she continued to keep me informed throughout the weekend on her progress. She quickly found someone in hours and she coordinated difficult covid testing stipulations. She did it all with kindness and professionalism. The interpreter was great and helped us with a Network TV Interview for NBC. They were flexible with rolling with the changing schedule and again did it with a smile. We would not have been able to conduct the interview without Accurate Communications. Thank you so much for coming to the rescue. Jamie Cohen
