Worst agency to work for. I have done assignments since September '22 as of today almost end of January '23 I still did not received any payments. They've been saying that they sent the check since November but I did not receive anything. I regret ever working for this agency.

Christina Diaz is completely rude and unprofessional. I sat on an EUO where she was interpreting and she asked a rude question that the attorney for the City had NOT asked. When the plaintiffs attorney told her it was not proper she answered back extremely rude and said she doesnt think its difficult for the plaintiff to do an EUO. Well, I dont think and hope they dont pay Christina Diaz to think. They pay her to interpret. They dont pay for unsolicited opinions from Christina Diaz.

Unfortunately, I'm another translator who has to report that this company doesn't honor payments to its translators within the time agreed upon. I received multiple payments many months late after due payments requests. I'm still owed payments over 6 months overdue, but haven't heard any response since social distancing started. I hope they're well and I eventually receive my payments.
