Thank you!! The knowledge academy training was really helpful to understand and gain some insights on what I signed up for. The material provided and the shared content was explained in detail with different industry examples to make it even easier to understand. To the instructor of the course, Tr. Rupali. S, she is very knowledgeable in what she does and kept me engaged with for the entire duration of the course. Thank you so much for your valuable training. I really enjoyed it, and thanks for making it fun and collaborative, and sharing the useful content for me to review later. Overall - the signup/payment process has been good for the 3 courses I am interested in. I have already gone through the instructor led class for ITIL4 - who actually did a great job. However, I have attempted to prepare for the test, request my voucher - via the portal - which seems to be changing my test dates - though I dont know the time of said exam? had to open a ticket - to request - which seemed to have my initial test for 12/9 grayed out.. so had to move to Monday of the following week. Unsure that's even in flight as I have not secured confirmation details. I' have tried several times to call direct the number for details.. fast busy - then disconnect.. I will keep trying. I hope my next few courses are not as confusing.. you really need to update the PORTAL - somehow.
After consultation with Manohar NC regarding my Scrum Master final certification process, I was able to receive a link which took me another portal as designed with the effective of my administrator - they were able to help me successfully navigate and fully understand required steps. Had it not been for this face to face conversation, I would still be lost. Thank you Manohar NC for your prompt and response and attention to this matter. So far, I am pleased with this personal explanation and direction. I look forward to completing my quiz and final exam related Scrum Masters.
