Disappointed with A1 Towing and Collision INC. We waited five hours, misled every 30 minutes with promises the driver was close. It turns out they have just one driver, a detail never shared with us. In the end, they pushed our service to the next morning. Adding to the frustration, their phone staff were rude. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. I won't use their services again and advise others to steer clear

Thoroughly let down by A1 Towing and Collision INC. Their service kept us waiting deep into the night, with no updates or honest communication about their arrival. This lack of transparency meant hours without access to food or water, compounding the stress of being stuck in a no-parking zone. A simple admission of their inability to service us would have been much more respectful and allowed us to make alternative arrangements. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services and will not consider them for future needs!

Extremely disappointed with A1 Towing and Collision INC. Waited for over four hours in a no-parking zone after being repeatedly told help was an hour away, only to be informed they couldnt assist until the next morning. A lack of honest communication wasted my time and caused significant inconvenience. I cannot recommend their services due to this lack of integrity and reliability.

Rookie/unprofessional Driver showed up to the wrong address and then caused more damage to vehicle, driver left the car half way in the bike lane, saying that's the best he could do after we gave him a 5 car parking spot. I sent pictures to the email on file, and they disregarded the pictures and basically stopped replying to me. If your insurance is recommended, be sure to send pictures to your insurance before and after the tow, and it would save you the headache.
