great company. great customer service as well , within minutes he made me trust him by his level of service. he made us feel as if we were apart of his family, he was nice, calm and focused on helping us. It only took him 20 minutes at most to find my Ford van, put it on the flat truck and drive me and my driver to the nearby mechanic. he even offered to stay with until the mechanic approached our van to fix our water pump problem. I will be saving his number for any future problems that may occur and anyone reading this post should reach out to him. you will experience this great treatment as well. you won't regret it. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!

long story short, tow truck driver kept calling me after i clearly told him ill let him know if ill need the towing from them & legit came to the location i was at, opened my car door & said your insurance tow truck wont be here til another 12 hours youll see, youll call back & the price will be higher he basically threatened us. worst situation ever & if the driver ever sees yes i did get my car towed afterwards by someone else :) (the call after 7:39pm is when we told him well call back if anything & he came to us even after we didnt at 8:06pm )
