    I saw someone in the office in November that tried to tell me I needed jaw surgery and needed 4 fillings. I saw someone else in the office for my scheduled filling. After they numbed my mouth, a different doctor told me my teeth were fine and didnt need a filling. Not only did I waste time and money going to the office but I feel like the first doctor was trying to make me spend money on something that was not needed and was a money grab. Its unfortunate because Ive been going to the office for many years and now have a bad taste in my mouth. Just be aware and be your own advocate for your health because easy to be taken advantage of.

    Rude Awful Office Staff.As I write this I'm on hold with the incredibly and incompetent rude office staff (Jess in particular) at this office. I brought my son last year to get fitted for Invisalign. We checked in, gave all the information required, and spent a half an hour in the waiting room. We had a good experience with the Dentist and hygienist. As we let the front desk team made a copy of my insurance card and said they would call me once they knew if the procedure was covered. A few days later I got a message that it was approved. I called back a few weeks later to make an appt and was told by the someone at the front desk that there was no record of our visit. Obviously it was an error but the way it was handled was so rude and unprofessional. When I called back to get the records so I could transfer to a different dentist I was met with the same rude attitude. With so many options for dentists in the city it's a shame for the practice they can't hire competent, polite office staff.
