I had a pair of SEE glasses that were my absolute favorite. I broke them by accident and wanted the same pair but they were part of an older collection so they were generally unavailable. I called this location and a magical person named Nick searched the entire country for the exact pair and found them. He read my file, saw exactly what modifications I needed (nose pads) streamlined the process to have the glasses shipped to the lab and they are in the works as we speak. Ive never had service this good. Thank you to Nick and SEE glasses.

A pair of glasses I got from See eyewear one year ago looks like i wore it for 10 years in severe conditions (I change glasses every 2 years and generally have a couple pairs, i never had a frame start falling apart like that - the plastic changed color and looks terrible). The second pair i got at thw same time the company MADE INCORRECT LENSES which is extremely important for me because I have astigmatism and migraines. I reached out to See a few months afterwards and they accepted the mistake and refused to correct it (they offered me to pay for a pair of new lenses). Cheaper companies have better service and lenses than this company.
