        I took my mom, she had issue with her food stamp card . We been to multiple locations in Brooklyn , all we in contoured was unprofessional inhuman treatment , they were not helpful. We decided to give shot to this location, my god its apple and oranges. From entrance to exit. The staff were quite professional, and eger to help. We been going to diff offices to solve my moms issue . Here it was resolved in first visit . All thanks to Ms.Jaurey and Ms.Hendrick and her colleagues who was sitting a chair to her right . They went beyond and above , and show compassion. Thank you for making our lives easier. And thank you for being kind and polite.
