Only good thing about this organization is that the staff is amazing and always helps. But if you are looking to work 70 hours per week and only get paid for 35 than this is the job for you. The workload is overwhelming and not realistic, the management always blames everything on the employees and nothing is ever their fault. Some case managers have 200 clients and some have 75 and it keeps adding every day until you just get burned out. Now imagine if just 25 clients out of the 75 that the case manager has asked you 1 question or 1 issue to help them with per day, and many of these issues can take few hours to resolve to help just one client. How is it possible to resolve 25 issues in 1 day? When you bring up this problem to the management they blame everything on you telling your that your system or work is too slow or not efficient and just keep writing you up for not completing the work perfectly. Everyone is so overworked that they are making mistakes because they are multi tasking 20 things at the same time and every week someone is leaving the department for a better jobs. These people take advantage of immigrants whom they hire who are desperate for jobs and suck all the life and blood out of them and work them to death until they either quit, leave or get fired, then they hire new staff and a lot of times they will hire the clients that they sign up to the program. So the idea of this shady department is to enroll as many clients as they can into USARA program so that they can get more grants and more money from the government or who ever is giving them the money and they have to create a note in salesforce for everything they do to leave paper trail for the people at the top who provide grants and the money to this shady department. This is probably most stressful and worst job I have ever worked. I am not sure how this organizations survived for over 100 years but I see how by sucking and life and the blood from the employees and working them to death. I hope not all case management jobs are like this. The pay is low only $30 per hour and you have to work after you clock out to catch up with the workload. Best way to describe this organization is organized chaos.

My husband worked for this horrible immigration department called USARA and it was a nightmare. I remember he always used to work after clocking out at 5pm and on weekends sometimes the whole weekend in order to catch up with the work load. The organization only pays for 70 hours per two weeks and if you not finished with your work you have to work for free and the work load is so overwhelming that all his coworkers would be doing the same and because of it they would make errors trying to multitask 20 things at same time. The upper management doesnt care about the employees and they just write people up if they are not completing all the workload perfectly which is impossible to complete perfect. Some of the write ups the upper management does not even show to the employee and next thing you know you are getting fired but while they are looking for your replacement they are trying to squeeze as much life and work out of you as possible and then they hire a new victim and do same to the next person. My husband said this was the worst place to work as well as low pay and the upper management is two faced backstabbing people. If you want to work 100 hours but only get paid for 70 hours you should work here as a case manager. I dont even know how this pace stayed in business for over 100 years
