This shoe store was a real gem to find. They had designer shoes at a fraction of the cost. They have small sizes in formal designer shoes as well as some custom pieces. The salesmen were nice, helpful and not pushy. I only give a rating of a four because the shoe I wanted was sold out. But I love my second choice.

I am very disappointed. I went into this shop and saw lots of very cool boots, I tried a few on and loved one pair. When I was about to pay I realised a stain on one of the boots so I asked if they had another pair. They went in the back of the shop and came back and said to me they had a new pair and put the boots in a bag for me. When I got back I put them on, and they were one size smaller than the ones I had tried on. I am putting 2 stars in case it was a mistake but I doubt it. Response to your reply : I live in France, I am not coming back to New York to exchange a pair of boots. I paid them nearly 300 dollars and its just beyond comprehension how such a blatant mistake could occur, especially when I had clearly provided my size to the staff. Maybe I would have deleted it, if you were apologetic and understanding.
