Dynamex - New York

This is LITERALLY the ABSOLUTE WORST shipping company. I placed an order for winter clothes for my 1 year old from Zara and i received a tracking number from TForce. It was delivered the same day I got the tracking number from Zara but there was no communication about the delivery. There was no call, no text, no one rang my bell. And worst of all, they left my package OUTSIDE of my apartment building's door, where anyone could (and clearly someone did) take it. When I called, I spoke to a rep (Rahul B.) and he basically told me that it is not the deliverers responsibility to notify me that my package was delivered. I don't even understand that logic...Zara needs to do better. UPS/Fedex would never.

Five stars if you want your package lost or late! Multiple times amazon has blessed me with Dynamex's shipping. I say blessed because it is so horrible and insane the only way to track your shipment is through prayer. I've had packages marked "Delivered" and there was no delivery made. Maybe a neighbor took it? Nope. I went to every neighbor in the apartment and asked, not a single delivery was made with my name. Other times, I've had packages delivered to the office below. Not because it was a safe delivery place but because they didn't read the apartment number one the package and must have thought "This is good enough, right?". Now, I'm dealing with an attempted delivery, that was marked unsafe to deliver. So I guess when I'm waiting at home all day it's not a safe delivery? No delivery attempted, obviously. It's been three days and not another "attempt". If you want something lost forever don't throw it in the ocean, use Dynamex. You know it will never be seen again once it's in their hands.

They were supposed to deliver my package to an Amazon Hub+ (a package counter that has a real, live Amazon employee managing it at all times). They never even attempted to deliver the package and instead sent it back to Amazon. Somehow they've managed to be worse than Lasership!
