I went with my mom so she could ship out a package that needed to be returned. Other than the fact that there was no moving air in the building such as a fan everything was fine. I believe the woman's name was Margie or Marge and she was very helpful in helping to weigh the items and tell my mom how to properly tape them shut to ensure safe delivery.

No, such thing as Express service. I had to cancel my business meeting. Because the only answer I received was it's supposed to show up some time on 7th of June around 1530hrs . WHEN I asked to speak to a manager. All I heard was a click. Extremely unprofessional behavior from service providers.I was also surprised by the lack of communication between the driver and delivery service. When I was informed that my package was too arrived at a certain time. My buzzer was rang ,I stated I was on my way down stairs. There was my package left in hallway without a signature or text it was delivered.
