Multiple issues with pricing. Initially I was told autopay was set up but then got hit with a late fee after that proved not to be true. The second month I was charged for insurance after initially sending my insurance info. I tried to get in touch to see if these could be credited to my account but never got an answer. After 4 months the rent increased over 80%. Again cant get in touch after trying to call and email. A couple years ago I rented with CubeSmart and never had any issues.

Would not recommend. Have had difficulties with this place since day one. They charged my credit card twice and I had to call to have the charges removed. I rented a unit without explicitly being told it was in the basement. We were told we did not need a cylinder lock because the agent helping us move in physically could not place the lock; a month later I tried to enter the unit and was locked out because a cylinder lock had later been place without anyone notifying me. Rates can change literally any time and this is only made explicit in fine print of the contract. Shady, sketchy business tactics that do not encourage decent customer service. Not impressed. Don't store here

Clean and well-lit. I had trouble getting into today after many years of not being there and Janisa in the front office was super helpful, kind, and most importantly helped me figure out how to get in. Thank you!
