Don't bother trying to work here. They'll make you go through a series of interviews just to simply ghost you. Highly unprofessional and I can only imagine what happens behind the curtains if this is their idea of giving off a good first impression. They expect professionalism from YOU of course, but it will not be reciprocated.

Peace of Mind Technologies overcharged us for the time spent on our project. They spent less than an hour on the phone with one of our employees and charged us for 5 hours of work. We asked for an adjustment of the fees and they reduced it by one hour to 4 hours. We found their service to be sub-optimal. They performed our initial installation and did a decent job with that. Their follow up service when we wished to add a few cards to our account was poor. I would not recommend them and do not plan to use them again. Services: Installation, Technical support

Dear, Jon Ecker. We the Staff are writing to you to express concerns about the bad working conditions at OSS (Outsource Staffing Solutions Guyana Inc). they are employees here that is being mistreated and threatened for complaints that were raised about the working conditions and salaries. The behavior of some of POMs project managers. We have observed that several of them are exhibiting unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward their team members. This behavior is creating a hostile work environment and is impacting the productivity of our OSS teams. We believe that these poor working conditions are having a negative impact on employee morale and productivity. We are concerned that if these conditions are not addressed, they will lead to further problems, such as increased employee turnover and decreased POM Client satisfaction. We have raised these concerns with Owner Roger Janki and POM CFO, but nothing has been done to address them. We are writing to you in the hope that you will take action to improve the working conditions. We have reached out to you by email with the details pleading to help this situation.
