Pret A Manger

This used to be my go to pret and I've had the pass since they had the old one. But new people started working and it's become an exercise in frustration so much I quit going here awhile. They have issues running up iced chocolate on the "new" pass at all prets which customer service does nothing about. I'd still get it but they had to ring it up differently. New person didn't want to do that and acted like it was my fault. Stopped going here awhile after that went to one near my office instead. Well I'm here again today few months later and same lady says they're out of green tea and I tell her, after having to wait to tell her as she turned away without nicely asking what I wanted instead, that I want a latte. Instead of saying sure she starts complaining to her co-workers about how were they supposed to know if I had a premium pass or not. Like lady I've had it since the beginning and I wanted tea not a latte anyway youre the one that's out of what I want. Do again had to chase her down basically and show her yes it's premium which she still looks sus at me like I'm trying to pull something. Just so stupid don't stress yourself going to this location until they get better employees.

I thoroughly enjoy this location. The staff are very nice and the seating area is always clean.
