        I Was a first time customer, having been recommended by friends to try their wraps. I ordered (in person) and informed the staff that I I would return to collect my wrap. Upon my return, my food was pointed out to me and I was directed to reach over the counter (unto what I assume is the warmer) to grab my food. I want to know... is this standard practice Please advise.
