Pret A Manger

This is one of the worst Pret's in the city. They close early every single day-- like, 3:30pm early-- and sometimes close for a whole day without any notice or signs on the door. They don't allow indoor seating even with proof of vax. There's never any variety of food, pastries, or soup, and they give you insane attitude if you ask about certain items. It's a shame because they're so centrally located in the neighborhood, but save your time, money, and energy and go to literally any other place.

Their salads are super healthy and delicious. Their lentil soup is very good.

Food is okay, but staff and service are horrible. I got overcharged today and even after pointing out their mistake, the lady was still not admitting it and no apology was offered. Refunding and charging me the right amount took forever and was accompanied with attitude. I go to this place because it's quick and next to work, but will have to take a break for some time.
